We want our guests to see the Charming Paris Apartment as your own special pied a terre in Paris.  The apartment is about 40 square meters (around 420 square feet).   It has a cute little entrance with closet and shelves.   The living/dining room has high ceilings, wood floors, tall casement windows, and a skylight.  It also features an armoire filled with amenities, such as, a portable speaker you can plug into your devices, a printer, and a slide-out table so you can use the armoire as a desk.

The dining area features three Parisian-style chairs, and a handcrafted dining table that folds down to serve two... or, with the addition of leaves, stretches to seat 12!

 
The kitchen is a full kitchen with dishwasher, four burner stove top and oven, a full size refrigerator (by French standards!), plenty of storage, and a washer/dryer combo.  Wooden cabinets, open shelves, tile counters contribute to the French Country decor.  A skylight in the kitchen makes it a sunny, bright place to create fabulous feasts and simple fresh meals with all the inspiring ingredients you'll find around you. You'll find the kitchen equipped with utensils, dishes, gadgets and both drip style and French press coffee makers.
 

The bedroom's decor is charming and peaceful.  There is a large casement window, toile curtains, a queen size bed, and more storage than one usually finds in a Paris apartment.  There is a full double closet with room for large suitcases, as well as more built-in storage shelves on either side of the bed. There is plenty of lighting for reading in bed, and the roomy headboard serves as a handy table for books and other items.
 

Like many French apartments, ours features a split bathroom and w/c. The bathroom adjacent to the bedroom has a large tub/shower with fabulous water pressure, a large sink, and plenty of storage, while in the entrance to the apartment there is a separate w/c that contains a toilet, sink and more storage. 

 

The apartment is full of light because it is located on the third and top floor of the building. There is NO elevator. There are two broad landings, handrails, and plenty of light.  Think of it as great exercise so you can enjoy extra croissants and chocolate!

We do have a mobile a/c unit for summers, and fans.

 

There is absolutely NO SMOKING allowed, and the property is not suitable for children under 12.

 

Rates:  185 USD  per night, 1200 USD for one week,  2300 USD for 2 weeks, discounts for longer stays. Payable by check, PayPal, or wire transfer in  USD. ( + damage deposit )
